The Victorian Internship Allocation Swap Directory for 2026 incoming medical interns will be open from 16 July - 16 October 2025. This platform is managed by MSCV. For any enquiries or technical issues, please contact the MSCV Committee.

Rules & Guidelines
Due to Microsoft Lists limitations, all users will be able to edit all responses. Please ensure you only make changes to your own swap request. Throughout the swap period, the MSCV committee will be actively monitoring the platform and has access to version history for each swap request. Any user found editing another person’s entry will have their own swap request removed. If you notice any discrepancies or inappropriate edits, please reach out to MSCV via Facebook Messenger.
Most importantly — please be respectful of one another during this process. We understand this can be a stressful time, but please remember that everyone is experiencing similar feelings, and we're all future colleagues from next year onwards!

Step 3: Complete the PMCV Intern Swap Application Form

You will need:
To confirm with your swap partner that you both have the same residency status. Otherwise, your swap request will be rejected by PMCV.
Your swap partner’s PMCV Candidate ID.
Final Reminders:
1. Applicants may only apply for an intern allocation swap once, as stated by PMCV.
2. Both swap applicants must fill out the online application form independently.
3. Applications must be submitted by the end of the third offer period (Thursday 16 October 2025).
